Supernatural: The Giving In

At long last, I have given into the wonderful peer pressure that are my friends, and I have began…Supernatural. I'm six episodes into a twenty-two per season, eight season show that is still running. Season nine has been confirmed.

I am getting in well beyond anything I've done in the past for TV.

It is quite good, though. I'm really enjoying it, and looking forward to watching more. I already know a bit about some of the characters and character arcs, so it's difficult to contain my excitement when I know the general gist of some things.

However, I'm really looking forward to exploring this more. I'll probably use it as my new reward-system for successful studying. (Yay, self bribing!)

Sherlock

I'm a fairly avid fanfiction reader (you have no idea how long it's taken for me to come out if the fic closet and say that!), and love Sherlock fics. A dear friend turned me onto them months ago, despite me not having watched the series. Today…I was inspired to watch it.

Oh my goodness, I love it.

Sherlock is my kind of character—brilliant, slightly aloof, set in his ways…and with a heart, squirrelled away in there. (Watch The Great Game—I dare you to say that man is cold. He might not show his heart the way we do, but he's got one and it's fairly huge.)

My roomie probably thinks I'm crazier than usual, what with my honest-to-fandom squees and whatnot.

Definitely going to be watching Series Two as soon as I get through these midterms!!

Glee

So, the last while I've been slowly working my way through Season Two of Glee…. I admit, there's been some jump-up-and-say-no moments, some 'awwwww'ing, some glares. All in all, it's okay.

I still wouldn't hang off it once a week, waiting, though!

Money, Time, Life

So I finished White Collar Season Three over the wekend, now I'm (im)patiently awaiting the fourth season, this summer. In the meantime, I've been watching Smash, and I'll watch Bones as soon as it's up on their site. (That's one I'm excited about—that baby will be born!!)

It's a lot of TV these days…hmm. I should change that…with more exercise!! I trained for and received my Zumba®B1 last Sunday, so I'm now licensed member of ZIN!

Money-making schemes and time-wasting-schemes. Life is good.

Guilty As Charged

So I didn't get a post out last night…I was watching more White Collar. It's soooooo good, and I'm about half way through the third season…when season four comes out, I'm going to be thrilled! It's so layered…wow. I definitely recommend it!

I don't really know what to say tonight…I'm watching more White Collar, I'm listening to more DJ Earworm (Stairway To Bootleg Heaven is so awesome!) and eating more crappy food.
A friend of mine has been in and out of the hospital for the last little while, and it now looks as if things will be getting better. I'm so grateful for that…I've been worried. Here's to complete recoveries!

Criminally Good

So I've started watching White Collar again…I have to say, I like it more than…waitforit…The Big Bang Theory. I've been slowly chewing my way through that, but White Collar is so much more…. I guess I have a thing for crime shows. (CSI, CSI NY, Bones, Crossing Jordan, et cetera….) Speaking of Crossing Jordan, there's a show I should re-watch! I used to watch it every morning before work…hmm. Maybe I'll look into that after I'm done White Collar's four seasons.
