I'm so very tired tonight…my last night in Hawaii. What a trip! I've gotten lost in the US, I've been to so many touristy places (Byodo-In Temple, Iolani Palace, Polynesian Cultural Centre, Waikiki, Maui Divers Jewellery, Kualoa Ranch (twice!), Pele's Chair, Waimea Valley, and I'm sure there's more I can't remember).
I've done the luau, the hula show(s), the SUP, the surfing.
I've done beach, rock, walking through forest.
I've swam through currents, waves, ocean, river, waterfall, jacuzzi.
I've walked over roads, sand, grass, dirt, wood-chips, rocks.
I've been sunburned horridly, gotten better, worse again.
I've driven on country road, city road, freeway.
I've bought food, jewellery (custom!), hats.
I've been woken by rooster, rain, chirping, mother.
I've had an amazing time.
Everyone says to follow what speaks to you, but nothing is talking to me. Nothing is jumping up and down, screaming my name.

It's All In The Wrist
So today would have been as ho-hum as yesterday, save for the minorly huge fact that my wrist has begun acting up again.
I injured it this summer—how, no one knows—and dislocated a disk at my left scaffoid (tiny bone in wrist). The doctors didn't know what to make of it, so I was in a cast for three weeks, had bone and blood flow tests, and a minor bone-disease scare. When everyone was stumped, they sent me to a physiotherapist, and she determined on the second visit what had happened.
So, long story short, it's been bugging me a bit, gradually increasing, over the last…three weeks? Then yesterday I banged it against the garage, and now it's been killing me. I have some pain-cream the works fairly well, though.
I've also been debating going back to the doctor and getting another prescription for physio—but it's so damned expensive, I don't know yet it if it's worth it.
What would you do? Have you ever had any 'medical-mystery' injuries or illnesses?
